Register for Mass & Parish Events

Arrangements for Mass (updated July 27, 2021)

As we move out of the 5th Victorian lockdown, we are limited to a density quotient of 4sqm per person.

Pre-registration for weekend Mass closes each Saturday at 2.30pm.
This means at St Alipius, we can have 90 people attending.
At Ss Peter & Paul we can have 75 people in attendance.
When you click on the event on the Calendar below, you will see the number of people who have pre-registered for Mass. When you register, you should receive an email to confirm.
If you haven’t pre-registered, please check the Event attendance numbers (click on the event in the calendar below) before deciding to attend Mass.
Every person over the age of 1 year old must be registered separately.

Please use the Covid-Comply QR code on the posters in the Foyer/Narthex of either church as you arrive.
Pre-registration only ensures we can ensure that we don’t exceed the church attendance limits. Only the QR Code acta as a procedure for Contact Tracing.

Arrangements for Parish Events

Pre-registration for Parish Events is also managed from this page.
As Parish events are identified, such as:
– Wine & Cheese Night at Buninyong
– Sacramental Meetings for parents and candidates
You will see them listed on the calendar below.
Simply select the Event and complete the pre-registration details.
All members of your household attending the event need to be pre-registered. The cut-off time for pre-registration is 5pm on the day before the Event.

NB. There is a QR Code poster at all Parish venues. Please use the QR Code poster at the door/porch as you arrive for contact tracing purposes.
