The Refreshing of St Alipius Parish liturgy

After Easter the parish will be commencing to review the way we celebrate the Eucharist and how people are involved in all aspects of eucharistic ministry.

Currently, a steering group is being established to review the management of the ministries, along with how the Liturgy rosters are organised for both the St Alipius community and the Sts Peter & Paul community.

It is vital that we, the laity, reclaim the way our church is managed and make the effort to be involved as community.  For our parish to survive and thrive we need to engage all age groups in our parish.  The Liturgy committee steering group will be looking at ways that we can spread the work load and involve more people.

Before Easter, all current members of the liturgical ministries will be surveyed to guage your level of commitment for the next 12 weeks so that the next liturgy roster can be developed and distributed before this current roster finishes on May 12. We need all responses to the survey returned/submitted by Easter Sunday.

Keep tuned for more information.
